    A Fond Resignation

As some of you will know, I have moderated this forum since it's inception, at least in theory. However, I have not been active enough to organise this wonderful place, even if I had the necessary traits to moderate and organise an active forum. You can thank PowerWizard for his wonderful rule over this forum and making it a brilliant place running right on tick, even with the hindrance of my presence. So now I'm resigning from my position, one which I took in my naivety with enthusiam, and leave with much learned. I have learned that I am an ideas man not a worker, that I was capable of dreaming up this forum, but not of organising it, and I wish PowerWizard and his staff all the best as this great venture evolves; they have my full support.
That doesn't mean I'm leaving outright, I will still maintain an AAR here every now and then, as I enjoy AARtisting (possibly too much_, and some of the people here are good to get along with (you know who you are, unless you've forgotten during my prolonged absence). I was never much of a moderator anyway, but I'll now take my leave, and hand the reins fully to the capable hands of PowerWizard.

    Thanks for reading

Tweety, you've done well to make this forum and its sad your resigning. At least you'll still be able to make AAR's, unlike me.

Tweety , first of all thanks for your blessings. You are the Founding Father of this AAR Board (alongside with Gaius Baltar), so you are always present to us. And I hope, that you will stay here with us, writing AARs, posting here and there, or maybe writing about us in the Eagle Standard.

Everything begins with an idea, the rest is just elaboration. If the idea is good, accomplishments will come with it almost automatically. Your idea was great, all I did was put it into good use.

But do not thank me, thank all those AARtist wizards, who did a phenomenal job by keeping this forum alive, nominating, commenting, voting, suggesting ideas; even the questions help to improve the competitions.

I honour your decision, but don't forget, you can come back at any time you want.

I'm sorry to hear that you are going to leave Tweety. Though I haven't really known you too well, I have seen your part of handiwork in this AAR competition scheme, and I'd like to wish you good luck for all your future grand ventures, and hope that you know that you will be always welcome here in the AAR competitions. I believe I speak for many of the participants in these competitions.

You have my thanks, Tweety, the creation of this forum gave the incentive I needed to get back into AAR writing, and now I enjoy every moment of it. I guess I, and many others owe you one .

Hope you decide to pop in every now and again in the future.

Ah man, Tweety, you were the first I had something to talk with when arriving at this forum and you kept pushing my writing. Thank you for all this!
