    Default New Gallic units

Here are some Gallic units I have made for next version.. but it's paused now because I want parthians first

    Heavy Swordsmen

    Hellenized Infantry

    Hellenized Cavalry

Those units are a part of half-civilized units for barbarian factions - intended to show them mixed with other cultures, and will be present as late-period units for their great empires (which none of the factions historically were able to build).

If you making a late period gallic units, maybe some fanatic order warriors is o good concept? More armoured , but still wild looking warriors organisation was typical form Celtic civilisation.
In the Arthur Total War mod you may finding some inspirations -Agraes (maker of ATW ) make for examople - Ruradi Leacha ( Red Warriors) Band and many other)
    Best luck

Another idea: this goes for all barbarian factions... have at least one "tribe-specific" AOR unit for every area, like the Batavian Island Warriors in the Rhineland and the berserker swordsmen from the Elbe region (I think it's the Elbe region). Tacitus' Germania should have some ideas if anyone's read it... I'd like to

Gallowglasses are (or were) Celtic fighters in Ireland and Scotland from the Dark Ages until around the time of Flodden Field (I think, late Middle Ages at least) armed with massive two-handed broadswords.

Well, I was thinking that they'd just not recruit people like that in non-tribal regions. Oh! And I was thinking you could make lots of spawning rebel stacks on tribal borders (especially the Rhineland and other cultural borders), to show raids and little wars, and that's how most Celtic warriors started fighting... and then they're pretty much elite when they fight Rome and that's good. Oh, and start the Gauls and Germani at war, because they fought each other loads.
