How to delete the Recruitment and Supplies add-on?

I think you have to re-install the Patch and there are a serious of four tick boxes in regards to BGR3, RC, Permanent Arrows and another, which I think is the one you need to tick, please check

so i don't have to install the part 1 and part 2 again just the patch?

I don't believe so, because you have no choice to modify anything till you get to the Patch, where you select what you want.
If your new to SS, then its generally considered not to use all the extras on the patch, it is more difficult than vanilla. They say get use to it and then feed them in
