Those hats probably get passed from soldier to soldier its a bit pathetic really if its that annoying you could just take the skin of already dead bears but i guess they would complain about that aswell

in denmark the royal guard have these bear skin hats aswell, and they are beieng passed from one soldier too the next alonge side with the uniforms

so when I heard this I just laughed....these ppl need to get a life

The people from PETA are insane. These are soldiers who's job is to kill people yet the animal rights nutters are raising all this commotion about a hat and some silly bears. (Bears that would be killed regardless whether the Guards regiments would use their skins as a headpiece of not)

Its not as if the army is going out into the forrest and shooting bears. The synthetic hats dont work either so their hats will definintely not be changing, the army will never allow it.
