unspecified error and will now exit

Around turn 14 with England Early Era at the begining of the turn game crashed to desk top and said Medieval 2 has an unspecifed error and will now exit :hmmm:Is this a common problem that has a fix maybe? It doesn't seem to affect my other saved game (late era) and as much as I was enjoying the current game I'm happy to start again but I am concerned it may just crop up again. Any help would be appreciated.

I got that as well... and it was always after I got Heroic Victories.

BOth happened on the same day. Hasnt Happened again though

i used to get that too, but not anymore

hmm I had just sieged the Scotish capital the turn previous to the crash. I had saved it just before that and went back and tried again without sieging and same thing happened....... I guess I should put it down to bad luck and just start again. Would have been good if there was a way of making sure it didn't happen again. The only thing that has changed is the addition of lusted's ai mods but I an't see that being a problem as Kong has it as a mod that will work with SS........

hmm well I started another early era England campagin and again at turn 14 or 15 it crashed again. Is there something that happens at that event that would be responsible?? If not I guess I will have to reinstall everything and try again........
