One rule: It must have occurred in a campaign.
My smallest battle ever happened at Tunis. I went there with a crusading army of around 700 men. I got excommunicated and was left with 31 (my faction heir and bodyguard). The sicilians has (by the time they tried to break the siege) 30 dismounted norman knights. The actual battle lasted all of about 2 seconds from the time the charge hit to the time they were in full retreat. I killed 26 of them outright and the remaining 4 were captured.
My most insane clear victory happened not long after. A crusading army led by the HRE appeared and they were two turns away. I recruited a small army consisting of 2 mailed knights, 1 knights hospitallar, 1 armored swordsmen, 1 yeoman archers, and 1 longbowmen. This totaled 325 men. The HRE had 1128 men, mostly mercenaries, crusader knights, crusader sergeants, and the HRE faction leader. I felt I was going to be absolutely smashed. I only won because cavalry can't go on walls. The time ran out and I was awarded a clear victory.
