    Howdy guys, I've done some very minor editing to MEII, just to make generals recruitable, but now I'm trying to do a little more tweaking, and I seem to have missed something. What I want to do seems fairly simple, changing the stats of Kataphratoi, and giving the Byzantines access to better artillery. I've edited the export_descr_unit file, and the export_descr_buildings one as well. With the unit one I'm not entirely sure what I doing, as I couldn't find a breakdown of what the different numbers mean, stat wise, so I just gave it my best guess, jacking up the first numbers in the highlighted strings:

    I saw no effect, but then again, I also saw no effect from the buildings file, where I thought I knew what I was doing. I added 'greek' to the listings under each type of cannon producing structure that it was missing from, added byzantium to the strings following all of the higher cannon types, etc. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

    I guess you know you won't see any changes mid-game, so I wont tell you to start a new campaign.
    As for adding Byzantuim and greek etc to the cannon makers. If only it was that simple, you would have to edit the battlemodels.db and add textures to get a real working unit...
