    Default Persia advice

I'm playing Persia in eu3. I own all of persia, most of pakistan, part of central asia, caucasus, part of russia north of caucasus, middle-america and eastern turkey. What i need to know is how to destroy ottoman empire. they have inherited crimea, and they have balkans and western turkey.

well...build a big ole army and use it against them is the traditional method...it sounds like you are a hellll of a lot bigger than them. If you can build a larger fleet than theirs and blockade the marmara sea so they can't reinforce from Europe.

However you COULD try to get great relations with them, have a royal marriage, and inherit them via personal union, saving you 50 years of waitings for every province to get a core otherwise acquired.

I have had 3 wars with them but even when warscore is 99% they won't accept vassalisation, or ceding more than couple crappy provinces.

Well then that's the rout you're going to have to go. Whittling away slowly at them. Obviously they won't accept vassalization despite it being within the range of warscore: They're still a strong country that probably has greek and maybe bulgarian as well as accepted cultures. Once you've kicked them out of asia minor entirely they will be significantly weaker.

Best way to start is well before you fight them.

Pretty much you should go for westernization, give a border province to a euro nation or take a province that borders them. This will help quite a bit but isn't a requirement.

Before I even fought I controlled large parts of northern india and had control of the COTs, the amount of money I got from that allowed me to build massive armies.

ceding more than couple crappy provinces.
One thing you might want to consider is forcing them to release small nations, then you should ally with them. Since its IN try to liberate nations whose capital is an islamic province so that they will be islamic so you can vassalize them.

They shouldn't be hard to defeat, take advantage of them when they are at war. Try to get maybe 4-5 armies with between 14-20 divisions. I usually defeat far more powerful nations, like france, with that judging from the territory you control you SHOULD have the money to build that.

If you don't have the money expand east, the timurids (or their remnents) are far easier and they can be a good support base for larger armies.
