It's kinda shame nobody brought this up,good people of Fox TV cut out part they don't like,i just love those nations who's TV does all the thinking for them,kinda reminds me on the Milosevic era in Serbia when he kept saying how everything is cool,while NATO was unloading bombs on hospitals but then on the other hand he was a dictator,and USA is so free...

I did bring this up, and was flamed by various people for posting the only video of it that I could find which unfortunately included some conspiracy theorist even though I said that the content of the video is what mattered, not the things the post said in it.

Now maybe we can discuss this.

Fox news is not only pro-republican, they are FOR pushing the governments agenda and for putting new out that ONLY matches what their viewers want to hear. 24.7 news station basically are not in the business to be objective and to inform, they are to tell the people what is friendly to their ears. Anything that goes against what they think/believe is not to be shown. That is why Fox is considered "republican" and CNN "liberal" by some. Its because they don't want to show anything aside from what their peple already know and they purposely put a slant on the news to make it so that its custom tailored for their viewer sot hey do not have to think about the issues for themselves. Its an agenda agency, they push the views/feelings of the people who back the station and the owners and that is all.

CNN is the same with pushing the governments agendas, they pushed for things such as the Patriot act and share the same viewpoints as Fox they just put a slant on it so it isn't offensive to the ears of non-fox viewers. In the end they have the same message. Just watch how they cover the election or any kind of laws that the government wants to enact or push for. They never have a view that differs from the establishment.

Both bought into the patriot act, forgave the wire tapping, agree that obama bad mccain good (even though they hyped up obama to begin with), both "created" Fred Thompson and then destroyed him, both constantly telling the public who "conservatives like" throughout the primary and expressing the same opinions... both hype up Iran, Venizuela (at the time that it was popular), North Korea, and Iraq. And both attack/destroy anyone who is contrary to viewpoints that match what it is to be american, which is identical to both networks. Both also promote anti-immigrant sentiment, and whenever there is something bad it seemingly comes from Mexico... like they found where salmanela comes from, it came from Jalepenos from.... you guess it... MEXICO. This seems to be a bi-weekly thing, something bad from Mexico. Its just ridiculous, 24.7 news stations are just bad.

You'll find some of those types everywhere that believe a news source that fits their views rather then their views fitting the news. Whether its the conspiracy guys and infowars, Russians and their various news outlets, British with Daily Mail or yes americans with fox (or NY Times depending on political views). The key is that it isnt accepted by most or even the majority of people as being the one true voice of truth.

Well no one denies there is slanted media in the west but the difference is it isnt "state controlled" nor is it every or even most of the media. Which tends to be the problem when whichever media outlet says something negative about Russia it dismissed as propaganda by some people here...regardless of the source or its credibility. Fox is slanted to the right of American pov...we all know this so when it reports something most of us tend to look for other sources to confirm it or get the full picture of it. Fox IS good at alot of things it does, it isnt when it comes to foreign policy issues unless you watch it knowing it is generally one view point. The solution (atleast if you are american) is to flip the channel to CNN, CNN International, BBC World News to see what IT is saying as well.
