Why is there no info about the install options of the patch???

I have read the 6.1 post and the 6.1 FAQ post (I do not have time to scroll through 20 pages, so excuse me if it has been covered there) I can not find info on what these install options do. The Byg's grim reality, real combat, real recruitment, permanent arrows. What are any of these things and what are they used for? This should be covered in the FAQ! I'm so confused because it sounds like they would change the experience of the game, so this becomes very important to me. Thank you.

Yeah me 2 when I first installed SS.

Now, I know most stuff since I searched and looked at forum.
But I also think it all needs a good explanation in a FAQ or some sort.
A lot of people come here at forum asking about it. I assume you shuold learn from this and add it to your FAQ.

@ ReBellion: Search for the type of option you want to know more about at this forum. I'm sure you get some good results of older topics which explain about it.

There is info. When you install 6.1, you are given links to click on that provide the info you're after. They take you to the submods' threads in the submods forum.

When I had installed bigs grim reality i couldn't recruit advanced units, only spearmen. So i reinstalled it without it.

Assuming that you installed the fix for BGR III, it's because Byg's mod makes changes to the recruitment system. Seriously people need to read up on what they're installing before doing so

CC. This is true but I suspect that many people are not on-line when they install a program or a big mod like stainless steel, so the links appear and people think - I want to install this now, not when I've stopped installing this and and followed up the links.

However it is also true that the Real Recruitment and BYG's Grim Reality are such major sub-mods that they need a decent guide to them for people who don't want to read an entire thread (And those threads are long!)

As I don't have either I'm not in a position to do so, but a concise guide to those and other popular and complex sub-mods would be extremely useful, but is probably only something people who are completely familiar with them can attempt. It would be useful to have them as a Read Me file in any future patch (6.2?) for stainless steel.

I somehow still have those sub-mods even after unticking Byg's Grim Reality, Supply Traits... I think I want to reinstall the whole mod but first, I need to know which folders do I delete? Because I installed Stainless Steel a long time ago, I have versions 5.1 and 4.0. I am trying all ways and means to get rid of these traits but so far all my attempts at getting a response from someone at the main thread has failed.
