What is recomended difficulty setting?

So I have finaly decided what era and for what faction I am going to play (Comte D'Anjou in high era) but I dont know which battle difficulty should I choose?

We has always recommended VH battle & H Campaign with prior versions.

For those with weak constitutions, you could try H/H or M/H

BTW: the higher battle difficulty gives bonuses to AI? like higher attack higher defence and morale like in Rome TW? Or does that higher difficulty actually makes AI more clever on battlefield?

Because I would hate it if my Angevin man at arms would get their asses handed to them by some peasants.

I find that I lose many more generals on VH, so it sort of counters the power of bodyguard cavalry a little.

Hard should be fine.

VH/VH is how the game is suppose 2 be played


Personally i think VH/VH is the most challenging and most realistic.
