Campaign crash

I have weird problem playing Rome Total War: Eras.

When I try to play Campaign it starts but when I click with mouse to the map the game crash and PC will start again.

It usually seems to crash when clicking forest (Germany area).

I have updated my video driver and mousedriver already.

Please help

My videocard is ATI Radeon X1600 PRO and CPU is AMD XP3000

So, in a campaign if you try and move a unit it crashes or if you just click on the map? I know if you right mouse click it will show the type of vegetation.

Have you added the '-show_err' switch to the shortcut target? This can reveal an error if it's trapped by the program (usually file missing messages etc).
