    Part of the reason these forums work is because collectively we're pretty good at communication and fostering goodwill between one another.

    So I'll get to the point. When you +Rep somebody, please leave a name so if they feel like it they can shoot you a quick thanks.

    Case in point: Alot of times folks +Rep me and don't leave a name.

    Give us the chance and we will probably say Thanks
