3D audio??

hey everyone earlier today i posted about me trying to start up RTW and it crashed after i started it up and it was because i installed some skins wrong. but anyways i tried uninstalling RTW but it wouldnt and so i deleted the Activision folder then i did a system restore and then it i tested it and it was still crashing then i reinstalled it and now i get the 3D audio error

I'd suggest that rather than just deleting the folder you should uninstall the game properly. You've left entries in the Windows Registry - the following link details how thay can be removed manually: http://rtw.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/f...&f=3,3340,,all

I suggest that once you install a clean version of RTW you take a copy of that folder and apply any mods to that folder (or another copy of the original). If you take this approach you should never have to reinstall again. If you don't have the disc space you can always burn a copy onto DVD-ROM.
