    Are you guys using a non-English version of M2?

    I am wondering if this is due to the M2 sound bug.

    This problem manifests itself when you click on a strat unit, and they try to speak or make a sound.

    Can anyone that had to do the sound fix for SV 2.5, confirm that they did or didn;t have to do it for 3.0?

    Hi, I've installed the mod but can't launch it, seems I miss the Launch_SicilianVespers.bat file :hmmm:

    I'm having multiple issues with the mod...
    1.) wanted to first play the Dark Age campaign, but when i choose my faction and click start (VH/VH), it waits about a minute then brings me back to the custom campaign selection page. Choose D at the launcher, didn't try deleting my map.rwm yet.

    2) Started a Early era campaign as Bulgaria, CTD first turn when clicking on a Hungarian city. Then started Early era campaign w/ the Slavic nation and attacked a rebel fort the first turn, assaulted the second. I was using the starting army under my prince. when the Slav's Woodsmen unit took to the walls they would attack the archers placed there... but would not kill any of them. They would simply be coated in blood, yet never die.

    After that it was late and i just quit for another day.

    Running Vista home premium 32 bit SP1

    I have DLV and SS mod's installed but they both use a mod folder as well, so i don't think thats the problem.

    Your mod looks fantastic, i just wish i could play it!

    There is no bat in this version. It was replaced by Launch_SicilianVespers.exe, and it is located in the \mods\SicilianVespers folder.

    I am pretty sure they are recruitable, but I can't recall if from city or castle. I think it may be best to move them to the Feudalization building line.

    The name in the {} is the internal name, the Bulgrian slot was reused for the Tara Romaneasca in Renaissance since Buglaria already fell to the Ottomans.

    I see you are all Vista users, are you all admins on your boxes?

    It is possibly that files are not being moved/replaced correctly, and in some cases the map.rwm looks like it may not be built properly.

    yes i am admin on my comp. BTW playing early campaign w/ Compte D'Anjou 50+ turns in w/ no errors. Maybe its just the new Balkan factions?

    One thing w/ the Compte D'Anjou the Angevin Men-At-Arms units say they are 2 handed axe wielder's, yet in battle they look like dismounted mailed knights. (Sword n Shield)

    Will update w/ screen shots.

    It is pretty old, but you seem to forgot to change the shield value. Those men at arms still have a shield value of 1, that of a two-handed axeman... after you changed them to sword and shield.
    You can shoot them down pretty easily .

    But in the other eras {Bulgaria} is Bulgaria.Can't you just rename the slot(it's confusing :/ ?

    The text in the brackets doesn't appear in game at all. In SV faction names change in the various eras, so it is sort of necessary.

    Family tree error.
    So in my Comte D'Anjou campaign my prince died in battle. The heir to the crown went to an Englishmen who was married into the family though my princess. My faction leader just died of natural causes and now this is my family tree O.O

    Also notice the trait's faction heir and faction leader, and the fact that it says William the conqueror of England is my dead king...


    Love the mod, and appreciate all of the team's hard work.

    With the Serbian faction the woodsmen unit didn't seem to kill archers on the walls of a castle. The Bulgarians i just CTD the first turn, Probably not reoccurring though.

    Hi Sicilian Vespers thanks for the reply to answer your question it is the english version of your mod.Any other ideas what could be causing the crash? I use windows vista Basic edition if that helps.It is a great looking mod that you have created and i would like very much the opportunity to enjoy it.Hopefully this problem could be resolved.I thank you in advance for your help and to anyothers that can provide me with a solution to this matter.Have a great day .

    P.S I am goin to reinstall the mod and see if that helps i'll keep you informed of what happens.

    Hopefully a great mod. The issue that I have is when I select a letter in the launcher all it says is "access denied" about 6 times and launches into the game. Is this supposed to happen? I have Vista 64. Also the same problem with the Darkage campaign. Do I need to delete the map. file?

    I cant' recruit Almogavers with Comitatus Barcelona/Corona Aragonae in none era.

    Em resulta imposible reclutar almogavers en cap de les eres, ni tan sols a les últimes a les quals els edificis ja estan fets desde el primer torn.

    Regarding problems starting the Darkage campaign, it is absolutely imperative that you use the d option. The the darkage files are NOT interchageable with the other campaigns.

    As a rule, you should always use the proper option for whatever campaign you intend to play.

    That's what I expected. Are you playing the darkage with another eras menu option? or vice versa?

    What menu option and which campaign was this with?

    I will try add the darkage specific unit units to the other EDU's to avoid this type of error.
