That sounds like a scenario gone seriously weird. It happenend to me once that France attacked Germany but they were never able to win against them without my help.
Anyway, there are some possibilities for you now I suppose.

    turn against France
Kick France out of the alliance, sue for peace with the SU and then declare war on France yourself. Most of their troops will be fighting at the front so if you play your cards the right way, you could take large amounts of their Continental European territories before they can react. It would be best I guess if you pulled your units out of the Eastern front so France has to hold a larger front against the SU after you have left and you in turn can send more units into France yourself. Be careful though, your colonies will most likely be in danger of attacks because you share large borders with French colonies.

pull out of the war and see what happens
That's right, kick France out of the alliance and sue for peace with the SU (alternatively simply remove any military units from the front in order to deny France any assistance). Then watch if France really can go up against the SU. Sounds boring but it can be quite interesting to watch the development of the frontline. Besides, you can also plan on interventing somewhere else to keep yourself occupied.

    stay with France
Go for Rule over the World by staying with France and defeating the SU, then moving onwards around the globe. If you want to get more territories for yourself rather than for France, keep this in mind: You have to conquer a territory all by yourself without attacking from French territory. To do this, use a naval invasion or drop some paratroopers. If you have secured that province, only attack from this one in order to claim more territory for yourself rather than for France. Also, try to get all your units off the French-SU front which means that France will have to fight without support which can possibly translate into more territory for you (especially if France gets pushed back by the SU).

change the game to play as France
    I know, it's a very cheap method...
Simply save your game, surrender and then go to the loading screen, select the French flag and load the game. That way, you'll be playing as France yourself. If you don't want to keep playing as France, you could also do with them whatever you like (say, leave alliance, surrender to SU and give them lots of territories), then save, surrender and play as UK again.

    restart the game
If none of the above methods are feasible for you - this is the last thing available to you I'm afraid.
