Playable Teutonic Order?

I've seen people casually mention they are starting a campaign as the Teutonic Order - how is this done?

They emerge quite late on in my game, which means you can't simply start a campaign with them. Is there a mod that handles it?

Note that playing with the Order isn't as easy as you could imagine. There are strong factions around you, and you fight against economical problems. But playing with TO may know a lot of fun to you!

Playing as the TO is quite challenging at first. It's tough to build up your economy. I recommend you make peace with Poland and Lithuania early on because the Danes and Norwegians will attack you and not let up.

Take all of Scandinavia first and then do what you will.
