Americas - LOTS of natives facing smaller spanish forces or a LOT of other natives

Brittania - very few rebel settlements, play as an overstretched england, trying to maintain your lands, as the rebel irish, the underdog welsh, the invading norse or the ever ambitious scotts (all exept maybe the irish have the normal mtw2 unit roster with no suprises)

Teutonic - the main highlight of the campaign are the superbly designed teutonic troops and the interesting roster of pagan lithuania

Crusades - focusing on the holy land u can play one of 5 factions (2 catholic, 1 orthodox, 2 muslim) ... there are a lot of new but similar units for the 2 crusader states, but the main feature here, is the introduction of special characters with special abilities
There is nothing that can match the exuberance of youth.... except of course, wisdom and treachery.

for the teutonic campaign, there's also special merger events, where denmark can become the kalmar union under certain circumstances or lithuania can convert to christianity if they wanted to. each thing has little trade-offs
