problem installing 1.6 patch for BI

after installin bi, i went to install patch 1.6, only when its loaded and was ready to set up the message 'RomeTW-BI.exe has not been detected' came up and then the program closed...im preety sure things are currently in the right place, ive tried this various times but hav had no luck, has anyone else had this problem or no the solution? do i need to install a different patch before i can use 1.6? or is there another problem? (ive gone though google and yahoo and couldnt find much help)

Is the installer for the patch pointed to the right directory?
If it is, try reinstalling BI.:hmmm:
btw your directory you can find like this:
Double-click on My Computer
Click Local Disk C:/
Click Program Files
And your RTW/BI is either in The Creative Assembly or Activision.
Then point the installer there and see what happens.

yh i did, thanks for help btw, i went into properties and found it was blocked for safety, i took the risk of unblocking it and the same thing still happened, perhaps ive just downloaded the patch from an unreliable source, do you no an ideal place to download it from, i tried filefront but the server was down or something...

BTW are all of your RTW and BI from disc? Because if you download RTW/BI.ALX from the internet, it causes a bunch of probs.
