I tried using the Batch and changing the .exe. the game started up and showed the title of 4 seasons then encountered an unspecified error. I would love to play that mod with hotseat and other kingdoms specific features.

There are a bunch of requirements that Kingdoms has and M2 does not. Such as boiling oil. and the recruit_offset lines. Your best bet is to use either my Barebones mod folder or Retrofit mod as a base, and start merging files.
You will have to take your current files and go through them one at a time and add the required items by comparing them to the new files. Its a fairly big project.
Thank you very much. I'll see whst i can do with this.

Another important thing is to make sure that in the 'export_descr_character_traits.txt' file the trait 'PriestLevel' is a hidden trait (it took me ages to track down this problem since the mod would just crash without telling me this). Though you don't need the recruit priority lines (they just affect how the AI recruits).
Some of the files that need to be modified are used for my magic system in my 4 Seasons mod, so you have to add the entries relating to boiling oil (oil) to these files.
