Um no Mccain supports legal agreements between two people, aka more civil union type but not "marriage". The fact is however a republican running for president can no more openly support of gay marriage then a democrat could be pro-life...it is a nonsense social issue that both parties seem unwilling to compromise on with their presidential nomination.
