Crossover Games User? Help get MTW2 supported in Mac OSX

Hey folks,

I've recently abandoned Windows in favour of running strictly with Mac OSX, and immediately after installing Steam/TF2 I went to install MTW2. I managed to get the software to run, and both the campaign map and battle map work (the former is a bit slow to navigate).

I'm asking anyone currently running on Mac OSX (or indeed Linux) to login to the Crossover site and vote for MTW2 to draw more attention to it.

The vote link is on the right. You may even want to pledge your time to helping to get MTW2 running at a standard similar to that of TF2, for example.To be honest, games like MTW2 were the only reasons that I kept my XP partition for as long as I did.

I Just wanted to draw attention to it for those of you running OSX. I'm not a developer, but judging by my experiences during and post-install, I don't think much work is needed and I've already identified the two main issues I've found so far; the battle map experience is fine, and the campaign map is fine also for the most part.

However, we the people need to draw attention to the game in order to increase the chance of it getting looked at and sorted. The game is currently flagged as one to avoid installing; I want to help change that!
