Question about marrying suitors

Hello, I don't understand how to determine what nationality the princess asking to marry one of my family members, or any other characteristics for that matter. All i get is a screen asking if i want her to marry or not.

Also how do i marry my family members to foreign princess' when they come of age? I try to with my diplomats but it doesn't give me an option for some reason.

I think only your prince can marry foriegn princesses. Your Prince has to be single.

They are not princesses asking to marry your family members, they are merely noble women of your nation. The faction heir can marry foreign princesses. Look for a princess with about level 7 charm. Not too high, not too low or you will get bad traits.

Should always use your high level spy and infiltrate the traits of the princess, useful to see if she's got secret love, chastity belt, or other bad traits / ancillaries.

As for the question... Nationality wise, if it's just the bethrotal screen that comes up, the brides to be are usually just local nobility from your faction. But if it's the princess of a different faction then you can see it on the diplomacy screen.

There are only two family members you can find a bride for, that's the faction heir and the faction leader. You can arrange these marriages via a diplomat.
If your faction heir/leader are single and you want them to marry a certain foreign princess from a different faction, you have to find that princess from that faction, and ask her personally. Comprende?
