Horse skeletons are scaled too small. Make sure the skeleton is scaled at 1.0
If you want small horses you need to edit the mesh itself.

If your having a problem, I would suggest reinstalling XGM. If that doesn't work, reinstall RTW as a whole.

You didn't install them in the same folder, did you? XGM is modfoldered but you still shouldn't put another mod in the same folder...

Whoa, calm down. I asked a simple question, and your having done AAR's has nothing to do with it.

The steps to fix this problem should be: 1: Uninstall RTW. Delete any extra RTW folders you have.2: Reinstall RTW and BI if you have it. 3: Patch to 1.5 if you have RTW, 1.6 if BI 4: Copy the RTW folder. Put XGM in the copy folder. If you want to install more than one mod (RS for example), than make two copies. Always have one clean install.
