"Barbarian strategy"

So what Barbarian Strategies/formations do you use when using Barbarian factions.
(pics plz if you use your own strategy.)

When fighting phalanx factions:

I let my main line fight the phalanx, and then quickly use my reserves to flank the enemy with so much force that the enemy flanks calaps and then i quickly march to the baks off the phalanx and charge.

When fighting Romans:

--- ---

Same thing, hold them in the front and destroy the flanks, with AP units.

Horse Archer factions:
