The Fourth Age: Total War has been featured - along with three other mods for RTW - on the Boomtown website. They say about FATW:

A new campaign map also means that if you are sick of Europe then Middle Earth will welcome you with open arms and sharp blades.

As always, if people talk about "best" mods, they should have talked about "most popular", or subjective, "best" after their own taste.

And here the author did a mistake:

It should also be noted that a modder, by the name of “MasterofNone” has created a handy tool called the Multi-Mod Sampler. What this does is give you a preview of many RTW mods to try before you download. This is extremely helpful as you can decide what mod suits you best without reaching your monthly download limit from your ISP due to the enormous size of some of the files. Such dedication is commendable and is a great example of how the TWC has grown from strength to strength over the years. All of the modification listed above and even more can be found at TWCenter.
...as the MMS contains not really multiple mods, but one mod that contains multiple contents of different mods, respectively units of these mods

But nice that he mentions MMS, because finally MoN's efforts for the TW modding community got an external appreciation

Rightwingers, like in the past the epitome of incompetence, except for evilness where they own the mastership.

Any chance for this exam? Very low, because the established Anthropocentrism destroys the basis of existence.

    Thx

Of course, the author did write "Middle Earth" instead of "Middle-earth" and so, despite his efforts, I am afraid he must be slain with a sword forged in the pure light of Tolkien lore...

Mak's name should also be there, let's not forget about the best she-modder out there.

Ditto to what DaVinci said about the subjective view.
