Default How do I add a voice for a unit?

Please, it is the only step I can't get past when i create units, I write the unit down in export_descr_sounds_units_voice.txt and delete all IDX & DAT files in sounds, but still no luck, remember, I am trying to get my units to say their class when selected.

Example: "heavy cavalry" shouted when selected

Is the unit's entry in the voice.txt file in the right class area? i.e. light units need to have their entries in the "light" unit area.

Also if you are running Vista, it could be storing "compatibility files" elsewhere that could be preventing your changes from being implemented.

No Vista, do you mean the same file as export_descr_sounds_units_voice.txt when you say voice.txt? I'll take another look.

Yeah, I have a unit which is an exact copy of Arab Cavalry on the EDU, I put it under arab cavalry in that file as the same info (except name) Then that failes so i delete ALL files in data\sounds, except music, voice etc but no luck, I think i might know a solution actually
