Every single Heir has an Adultress!

Is this a feature of SS or of the game in general? EVERY SINGLE HEIR I'VE EVER HAD HAS HAD AN ADULTRESS AFTER LESS THAN FIVE TURNS OF BEING THE HEIR!

I really dont understand why every single heir gets one. Is the game specifically designed to make it impossible to have a single ruling class for more than a century?

I've had to specifically `remove_ancillary this adultress from every single heir I've ever had in every faction, because I got sick of seeing "Your Leader has died. A stewart has been selected to rule your nation" because he didnt have any heirs because he had an adultress when he was an heir.

Pretty much. Thats the reason I dont build many brothels. Only if I need spys or assasins.

Nono it's if your general has less than 4 chivalry and a brothel exists. Just change the level of tavern required in the ancillaries file to coaching house to something. More consistent with the other bad trait triggers that only fire when the higer level 'sin' structures exist, plus coaching house is specifically described as the first entertainment building nobles actually visit.

I rarely build brothels because of this. Most of my generals just become very superstitious insted

I only ever build brothels etc in settlements that aren't very productive anyway and so I'm not likely to ever put a governor in it.

So if your wife is not that charming, and your not that nice, and the oppotuinity exists to have :hmmm:company, and you have spent a turn(year) there, you have an 8% chance of aquiring such. Given the vast number of married kings etc with more than one lady in there life, thats a pretty small chance.

However one thing I did want to do was split this chance up and have a 'good' adultress as a ancillary, as some such ladies were of great help in the career of the general.

if i were a medieval prince i'd have more than one mistress i can tell you. methinks its quite realistic.

maybe the chivalry is set to high. Not many generals have that much civ. I thought they needed dread. Well thats how I would prefere it. I think I will change this myselff in my descr_traits. Its is currently a little to risky to build brothels.

Better to work in a loyalty check, but would need to add such for Authority as well. But hey, if your generals want to hang out in brothels and claim its not for the obvious reason, well, whose going to argue (except maybe the misses).

The other choice, which I think is better is converting the trigger to build brothels and raise the %, no excuses then.
