    What?

The worst scene was when Batman went to the rave and was dancing or fighting or whatever you call it

I thought Joker was screwing with him by switching the locations, are you sure?

Anyway, the worst scene was when Rachel was killed, Dent got his face burned, and Joker escaped. The good guys lost on three fronts.

Yeah I thought that as well. I mean it would only make more sense for Batman to run off to try to save the chick while the police get Dent. It makes no sense for the Police to even really care about the chick compared to Dent. I'm pretty sure that the joker did give them the wrong locations.

Batman thought he was saving Rachael. The Joker lied to him. They never said that to Dent because he was already rather depressed and later he was killing people with coin tosses so it didn't really matter.

    What're you talking about?
The Joker switched the addresses when he told Batman. It's blindingly obvious.

Anyway- no scene in TDK was "horrible" if you mean bad or stupid. It was a flawless movie.

The Dark Knight is a bad film according to film critics and I think it's intentionally stupid, it's not cinema or anything, it's just another (bad) action flick.

What film critics? The ones that are so far up their own ass they can't enjoy a good action flick?

Yeah, those critics... and the other critics.

Perhaps it's not the critics who have the problem, maybe you are so uncultured you can enjoy a bad action flick?

The film critics that put TDK at 94% at Rotten Tomatoes?:hmmm:

i have two theories for this:

    1) batman realized that harvey dent was the start of a new generation of heroes, normal heroes. harvey was more important for gotham than rachel

    2) the joker switched the addresses of rachel and harvey

I'm pretty sure this one was it because not only did rachel chose to be with harvey at this point, but didn't dent scream something like "why didn't you save her", and batman said something like " It wasnt even a choice" realizing which of the two was more important. remember batman had built up harvey as the white knight, the real superhero who was there to replace him, dent was batmans ticket to living a normal life where costumed vigilantees were not needed. So im pretty sure he picked dent on purpose which is why it was such a huge twist as they always pick the girl in these movies.

anywho I'll agree this was the best Superhero movie we've ever had and I doubt it will be surpassed anytime soon. Its just surprising how good they actually made a batman movie because in all honesty I always thought batman was rather lame as far as superheros went.

He wasn't saying he chose Harvey he was saying that Joker forced him to save Dent. Before rachels death we knew that Batman THOUGHT he and Rachel were getting back together. He even says so AFTER to Alfred. Secondly, Joker makes it CLEAR that he knows Batman loves Rachel. Referencing how quickly he jumped out the window after her. So clearly when he says "It wasn't even a choice" he was saying that Joker forced his hand. Why would he lament her death saying how see was going to get together with him etc etc he let her die. If that was the case he would be honoring her death which would in the end save Gotham.
