Transfering Saved Campaigns

Ok, so I got a cool new computer, and I'm installing Stainless Steel 6.1 on it. However, my awesome Turks campaign is still on the old, slow computer (Also SS. 6.1)

Is there a way to transfer the save file by simply using a flash drive? All I want to do is transfer that Turk file and a few other saved campaigns so I don't have to start the whole thing all over again.

I guess so, keep in mind that you have to use the same submods in the 6.1 patch on the new computer as you had on the old, I reinstalled my SS and saved the saves in another folder, and chose none of the 6.1 submods (the reason I reinstalled, hate the realistic army supply thing) and it messed up the save.
