MY GAME IS NOT WORKING!!!!!
I ran the unpacker and started playing, then when I went into battle it will load then it will close and say an unspecified error has occured! I tryed several times and it wont work
did the unpacker do this?

Try copying the medieval2.preferences.cfg file and pasting it in the same root directory, then open it up and rename it workplease.cfg. Then open up workplease.cfg with Notepad, and add this line at the top:
[io]
file_first = true
and save it. Then open up notepad again and write in:
medieval2.exe @workplease.cfg
and save it as workplease.bat. Now try running the game with workplease.bat and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't I don't believe your problem is in the unpacking. Oh and, you don't need to use all capitals in your thread title, it tends to put people off more than get their attention.

Since you unpacked, I assume you didn't read the readme that is in the same folder. Delete the two geography files.
