All Mods I have Crash A LOT

Whenever I start up a MOD..i see a black screen pop up in a windowd mode..I can either x out of it or kepe it up..either way......frequently I crash and I belive this little evil black box is the issue..any suggestions?
I know its not the MODs because I tried about 10 different MODS and all behave the same..the black box..frequent crashes

It's pretty funny hearing it referred to as an "evil black box" . That little black box is a command prompt run in MS-DOS. When you hear talk of .bat files necessary to run a mod, well the box is the product of the .bat file. Without that box, no mod. So it isn't causing your problems most assuredly. Go into your logs folder in your main Medieval II Total War folder, and post the contents of the .txt log file here. Make sure to do it in code tags like this:

So it doesn't extend the post forever.

C: is the drive letter. C:\ points to the first folder on that drive.
