1. Poland receives anti-missile battery with 96 missiles for free + a possibility to buy more at lower than market price.

2. A garrison of 110 American soldiers will protect the base and oversee its construction to 2012.

3. A scecial council will be formed to deal with possible threats from the 'third party' if you know what I mean.

4. THe US guarantees safety of Poland with additional agreement to the one in the NATO charter.

5. The US will strenghten our AA and anti-missile defences (unscpecified).

Other technical details are discussed, some are kept in secret.

Northern America clearly hates Russia.
Western Europe is neutral or friendly (mixed really) towards Russia.
Eastern Europe clearly hates Russia.
Central Asia and Middle East are in love with Russia. India is quite friendly towards Russia.
China and Mongolia is quite friendly towards Russia. Japan is netural towards Russia.

Africa and Australia are irrelevant.

so we just have USA and Eastern Europe that hate Russia (and call themselves "international community" or "the world"). everybody else is either neutral or friendly towards Russia . so yes, I'd rather be friends with the world and not friends with select few countries that HATE us.
