Battle CTD

My game CTDs whenever I start a battle, both in vanilla MTW2 and with any mods. Even Custom battles. Help!

What version of the game? The original version is full of bugs. Can you auto-resolve battles?

I have 1.03, and yes I can autoresolve. It loads and then it flashes the battle and it CTDs.

Did you unpack the game files? That problem usually happens if you do not delete the geography files after unpacking.
