    Default Animation Problem

    hey guys. i recently swapped skins from the Varangian Guard, to the Dismounted Latinkon, and vice versa.

    well the skins and UI cards work fine. the only problem is that when the varangian guard fight, iv noticed that they still fight as if they had the 2h axe, and not a sword and shield.

    likewise for the dis.latinkon.

    anyone know what the problem is there?

    Did you edit the battle_models.modelsdb and change the skeleton? Here is a sample modelsdb entry with the skeleton highlighted:

    i fully copy/pasted, and only changed the names (19 varangian_guard_ug1 etc)

    no. does that make a difference? i thought that only fixed descr_strat changes?

    nevermind, i see the problem lol. didnt notice that!

    problem solved, animation works now. it was the *soldier* part in EDU
