Try: filesonic, fileserve, megaupload, hotfile. Never ever use rapidshare. It blows. But I think the best bet is modDB.

just try LOTRTW or FATW, those two are MUCH better and more stable.

I still found the custom battles and the historical battles pretty interesting though, even though the campaign isn't really playable, this is still a fun mod in my opinion. I've already played FATW and LOTR-TW extensively, playing METW would be a fun diversion until Dominion of Men is released. It would really be a shame if this mod would disappear just because there is no working download link for it.

Does a .RAR version of this game exist? The exe doesn't seem to work. I followed all the directions, but nothing.

I'm trying a clean install of Rome Gold. Maybe that will work.

That is not working either.

Alright I made a new folder, named it metw, then copied all of BI folder to it, then ran the exe and sent it to this path, C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War

What am I doing wrong?

You need to copy the bi/data folder (and not the entire bi folder) inside the metw folder, so that you end up with a bi/metw/data that's identical to bi/data.

Did that, BI no longer works, but I don't see a Middle Earth Total War batch file or shortcut.
