    Default Unit => General script question

    Hi. This is probably a really dumb question, but Im going to ask it anyways. I made a unit as Gaius Julius Caesar so that I could use him both on the custom battle and on the campaign map. On the campaign map, his piece comes up as a regular captain. I was wondering if there was any way to script it so that he would appear on the battle map as a general when he moves around and if, instead of a captain unit card, he would be able to have a general's unit card.

    Nope, you can't do that in RTW/BI. Alexander though provides this ability of unique characters, so you can easily do it there.

    yes in export descr unit go to his attributes and type general_unit.In campaign he will be just a general not a family member in order for him to be a family member win one battle and it should ask if you want to adopt him.

    All that is doing is attaching a character to the unit...bad.
