OK, i go to play BC and gess what happens:

"encountered an unspecified error and will now exit"

these files are not in my MTW2 folder which is good: delete descr_geography_new.db and descr_geography_new.txt

Iv suspend my firewall and anti virsus, no effect

Iv tried the fatal error cfg fix, no effect

Do you have Vista or XP?

Is this a new install of M2, or have you played M2 or other mods on it before installing BC?

sorry i avnt posted in a while, been on holiday, yes i have xp and it was i new install of m2 patched up to version 1.3 through the kingdoms disk. my m2 is not working now since installin BC so i gess iv gt 2 reinstall it (which will take 2 hours)

make sure the first M2TW patch you install is NOT 1.02.000 but 1.02.001

then you can patch up to 1.3
