    Ok to clarify he has his mouse over their wealth which says 'bankrupt' adn there is a glitch apparently that has the 'this is the measure of the factions reliability' so if their their measure of reliablity is 'bankrut then they must be evil.

    I doesnt sound that funny when you have to explain it though lol

    He's talking about Milan having a "Reliable" reputation, because we all know Milan are the most two-faced, backstabbing and dubious factions ever, closely followed by France.
