Name and Cities Help

Hey, I'm not new to Total War but I have never been able to muck around with the console. By mistake, I did and as a result instead of the game portraying the name of the cities and their details it no longer remains unless I cursor over them. Likewise, now the characters have their names remaining unlike when I used to have to cursor over them. This sounds silly, but not very keen on this make up, little help would be much apprecitaed, thanks!

There should be an option to leave the names of characters/ cities always on, I just can't remember it right now.

Press and hold Control T for settlements labels and Control N to remove character labels.
