Default How to enable the renaming of cities...

I quite enjoy this feature, but it seems to be absent in IJ. Any reason for this? How do I enable it?

EDIT: Nvm, found it at the bottom of the preferences list.

    Game of the Fates
Mod of the week on hold -- I've played nearly every RTW mod out there.
BOYCOTT THE USE OF SMILEYS! (Okay, just once)

    Yup, preferences file.
Look that you get the right one.
There are quite a few of them.

What do you mean, the right one?

Well, you probably know this, but there is one preferences file for vanilla,
one for bi and one for every mod, you install.

I once turned off the green unit-arrows in the file, and wondered why they still were there in the game.
I looked into the file again and they were turned off.
Then I noticed that I had edited the wrong preferences.

Ah. Well I am fairly certain I edited the right one.
