    Default Religion Conversion tied to Population

    Is it possible to set up a script that allows you to have to option to convert to a specific religion if a certain proportion of your population follows that religion. This would be much like playing as the Vikings in the expansion for Medieval: Total War, except that you had the choice of whether or not to convert. If there is no way to tie it to the percentage in your overall population, could you tie it to the population in your capital city? Thanks in advance for any replies.

    Thanks for the reply. I should have been more specific. I'm having trouble with the conditions - e.g. is there a condition for what I'm after?

    His question has to do with -- can you detect levels of religion in the overall population. That's a good question, hmmm. I think there is a command, I forget which, which tests a level of religion in a specific settlement. What you could do is go through each of the settlements, check its majority religion, and if most of the faction's settlements follow this religion then set the overall faction to it (or at least pose the question).

    Probably more towards the PopulationOwnReligion, except that looks like it's tied to a specific character rather than to a region.

    PopulationOwnReligion is the one you'll have to use (and yes, this IS tied to a specific character) - it's the best possible workaround as there is no way to get the population region percentages directly.
