Ive got some problems
I've been playing as the byzantine empire and while I love the majority of the changes this mod brings ive run into a couple of problems. For one every one of my starting cityes will loose population at any tax level untill I either move the governor outside or build a farming upgrade. This seems to be due to the fact that most of my starting family members seem to be utterly inept at governing which seems neither historically accurate or in the interest of gameplay.
A second problem occurred when i entered my first siege battle, a unit of pikemen broke and ran after having only lost 15 men despite my outnumbering the remaining hostile forces 5 to 1 and my general fighting alongside the unit. They had not been in combat from the start i only brought em up as reserves to finish the battle so it dosnt seem like it was a cumulative effect, I've never seen anything like this happened before and it could just have been a freak glitch.

Re: Ive got some problems
From what I have encountered in playing two campaigns is thus: all generals start out at "the suck" in so far as most things are concerned. Make sure they are all in a city/castle and give them a couple of turns and they will improve greatly.
About your unit routing: freak glitch I would think.
