    Default When do cities/castles upgrade?

    I can't seem to find my manual, and I needed to know at what populations cities and castles upgrade. Can someone please tell me?

    umm...........castle about 9000 for citadel, that's all I remember......city, town 2000, city 6000, large city 12000, huge city 24,000
