Is there anything that can be done to stop the infantry units from scattering when they attack? It seems as if only a few of the soldiers are fighting while the others kind of sit back and relax. Has anyone else noticed this?

Try making the unit formation wider with the +/- keys.
Sometimes, I tell my unit to run to a point behind the enemy. They'll try to run through the enemy, so when enough of them are crowded around the enemy unit, I order them to attack it. It results in a few extra casualties though.
I would say try my animations pack: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...175571&page=11, post 202.

have just installed your animation pack and got a CTD with the
"unspecified error" message just before entering a battle. anyone else? help would be nice as i really dont want to have to do a reinstall (again)
i noticed it. And i like it. However, the main issue is with stamina.
If little jimmy gets into a fight by himself, all of a sudden all 29 to 119 (i think those are the unit scales?) of his comrades magically end up exhausted from strafing left and right while watching the little jimmy's opponents slice him up.
