4 seasons bug

When playing the 4 seasons campaign (medieval 2 mod) when I save and then reload, I often get an error saying: Medieval 2: total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit....

When I want to start playing again after this error occured, I have to go several saves back to restart playing withouth getting that same error.

Does anyone know what I can do about it?
