    Default quite an early question

i think the mod should be done befor this is asked
but did the team consider actually doing kingdoms like campaigns?
preheps after your done with the mod [i know it will take alot of time(also adding updates and bugfixes and many more)]
you could work on small focused campaings like a mod the would be about rome more then other factions a diffrent mod that will be morea bout the germanic tribe a mod about the war of the barbaric tribes a mod about the invasion of nomaic tribes to the selukid empire
just thought this idea might come usful one day

U cant get bored of the eb2 grand campaign. By the time it gets boring u will already have gained alzheimer and your eb2 experiences will be resetted over and over, causing nothing but eternal happeniness and restarted campaign, until someone pulls the trigger on u.

OT: Would be cool, but I think its to much asked for the team, by this time they will probably first check if empires is capable for a eb3 anyway.

There was a suggestion of doing small campaigns before the grand campaign, much in the way the RTR team are doing TIC and now FOE. However it was felt that this would not benefit the grand campaign and would eat up time that we really don't have. You can expect tutorial campaigns for EBII, which will be necessary due to the changed gameplay. But these tutorial campaigns will be like the tutorial campaign in vanilla RTW, small map and very focused on teaching players how EBII will work.

    Very, very promising.
