Gold Edition?

I've got the Gold Edition and when I play Rome its at v1.5 but if I install BI after that then it goes to v1.3.

Why does BI down grade the patch?

No idea. Technically, doesn't Gold Edition install both for you at the same time? Well anyway, just apply the new patch.

I don't think the person who put togehter the installer knows why. Just download and install the BI 1.6 patch. It will make RTW 1.5, again.

Yes, it's just a known 'feature' of installing the RTW BI.....

I've read about it in the past (the game I have installed on my desktop is based on the original 3 CD-ROM version) and when I installed RTW Gold on my laptop it did downgrade RTW from 1.5 to 1.3. It's a simple thing to fix (at least).

I don't remember if RTW BI is 1.4 or 1.6 after the install. Can anyone enlighten me?
