    Default Lines of Demarcation

How do I remove the lines on the mini-map which show the separation between my provinces.?I've been playing EB, which shows only factional boundaries on the mini-map and looks much nicer. Is there an easy way to achieve this effect in Stainless Steel? Thanks.

Here's a link to a tutorial, but because I'm a nice guy, I'll upload the edited file. Put it in your mods/Stainless Steel 6.1/data folder.

If you want different color borders between nations, then I can't help you, I don't even think that's possible.

Thanks a lot. I do believe that's what I need. Not at my gaming computer at the moment, so i can't say for sure.

I meant that you can't have a different color line between nations and also have no borders between provinces. It's either one or the other as far as I know. So, either no lines, or lines between everything.

to change the colors of the nations on the map, both primary and secondary, edit descr_sm_factions, look around to get a feel of the colors, like 0, 0, 0 is black, 250, 250, 250 will get you white...

Yup, it's based on the RGB Colour coding system, if you go into paint and create a custom colour it's easier to see the result that way
