Not bad, but it does seem that the tempo is a little bit loose, even in the parts where you are playing a more standard rhythm. I know that's part of the improv, but I'd recommend trying to keep an overriding steady tempo throughout the whole thing. You can still deviate from it, you don't need to go back to it very often, but it needs to be ticking in your head so after a few bars you can go back to it and show the audience that you're THAT good. That's what most of the uber pro jazz drummers do in most cases, except of course when they are soloing as a segue into a different rhythm. You seem to be using the same "feel" throughout the whole thing so I don't know if abandoning the tempo is really best except maybe once or twice if you have to go crazy for a minute
But yeah, the trick is to have the steady tempo in your head but play as though you don't have it there. You can still quantize the things you hit to ridiculously small durations, and totally abandon the meter, and syncopate , in order to sound "free" while secretly holding onto your original beat. That's what makes it hard to be somebody like Buddy Rich
But for 11 months that's really great coordination

I have trouble getting both my feet to work right . Just a disclaimer, I'm not really a drummer at all, but I have been a jazz musician for many years and played in my college group for a couple, plus a couple of my best friends were drummers.
I won't tell you what I do play, because it'll just make you refuse to listen to me probably
